Warden Jim Gerlach
Warden Gerlach was hired by the GCCJA in 2014. He has over 40 years of law enforcement and military experience across many states.
Major Rusty Winsett
Major Winsett has been with the GCCJA for six years with a total of 15 years in law enforcement focusing on patrol, investigations and detentions.
Captain Jason Carpenter
Captain Carpenter has been a staple of law enforcement in Grady County for nearly 30 years with the last 15 years being at GCCJA.
Captain Chris Tucker
Captain Tucker was recently promoted to his new rank in 2025. He has been with GCCJA since 2015 having started as a detention officer and working his through the rank structure. He is also a decorated 20 year Army veteran.
Finance Director Pam Bush
Mrs. Bush has been with the GCCJA for 13 years as the Finance Director and spent many years prior to that with the Chickasha Public School District.
Medical Director Kali Stephens
Mrs. Stephens is a Registered Nurse with over 10 years of medical experience in various settings and has been with the GCCJA since 2024.
Facilities Manager Rocky Letkiewicz
Mr. Letkiewicz began his maintenance career with the GCCJA in 2009 and was recently promoted to the role of Facilities Manager in 2025.
